Return and refund policy: –
- Smewindia does not provide any refunds after the product is ordered.
- Smewindia does not entertain any cancellation requests. Customers can not cancel an order.
- Exchange requests will be accepted only if the customer receives a damaged product or did not receive the product they ordered.
- For the exchange request to get approved the customer needs to provide relevant proof in the form of a video and pictures.
- In exchange, the customer will get the same product as he/she/they ordered earlier.
- The management recommends an unboxing video to be made for better chances of getting the customer’s request of exchange approved.
- If the management is satisfied with the proof provided then only the request will be approved.
- We may amend the Cancellation and Refund Policy from time to time. If we make any substantial changes in the way we use your personal information we will notify you by email or an announcement on the website.
