At Smew India, we believe in complete transparency when it comes to payments. Please read the following terms carefully before placing your order.

  • No Hidden Charges: There are no hidden fees or surprise costs on any product listed on our website. All prices displayed are inclusive of product cost and applicable taxes.
  • Online Payment Gateway Charges: For prepaid orders (via Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Wallets, or Net Banking), a payment gateway fee of 5% of the product price + ₹3 per transaction will apply. This fee is automatically added to the final payable amount during checkout.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) / Pay on Delivery Orders: A non-refundable booking amount of ₹300 is required to confirm all COD orders. This amount is not deducted from the total product value and is considered processing & handling charges.
    The booking amount must be paid in advance to activate the COD option. Orders without this payment will not be processed.
    Once the COD booking is received, Team Smew India will contact the customer via WhatsApp to verify order details and confirm dispatch.
  • Refund & Cancellation for COD Orders: The ₹300 COD booking charge is non-refundable under all circumstances.
    If the order is canceled after dispatch or refused at delivery, Smew India retains the booking amount to cover logistics and administrative costs.
    Repeated COD refusals may result in suspension of the COD facility for future purchases.
  • Order Verification & Processing: Smew India may require verification via call, WhatsApp, or email for security purposes. Orders will only be dispatched once verification is complete.
    Failure to respond to verification requests may lead to order cancellation.
  • Shipping Charges: We currently offer free shipping on all orders across India. No extra delivery or packaging charges are applied.
  • Payment Security: All payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant, secure gateways. Smew India does not store your payment credentials.
  • Legal Disclaimer: Smew India reserves the right to modify, suspend, or update these payment terms without notice. In case of any dispute, Smew India’s decision will be final.
    All transactions are governed under Indian laws and fall under the jurisdiction of Delhi courts.
