At Smew India, each product is handcrafted with precision, care, and authenticity. As our offerings include custom-forged metal handicrafts and collectibles, every order goes through a detailed crafting and quality assurance process before shipment. Please read the following terms carefully before placing your order.

• Estimated Delivery Timeline: Every product is hand-forged and custom-made, requiring approximately 10–12 business days for crafting and finishing.
  Once the product is ready, shipping generally takes an additional 10–13 business days, depending on customer location and courier efficiency.
  Total delivery time: 20–25 business days from order confirmation.
  Note: Delays may occur due to:
  • Material unavailability or high demand
  • National holidays or strikes
  • Remote or restricted zones
  • Courier delays or operational issues
  • Natural calamities or unforeseen logistics challenges
  Smew India will make every effort for timely delivery but cannot be held liable for delays beyond its control.
• COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders: The delivery timeline for COD orders begins after the customer pays the ₹300 COD booking charge in advance.
  Smew India will contact customers via WhatsApp on working days (Monday to Friday) for COD confirmation and instructions.
  If the order is placed on a weekend or public holiday, customers may expect a response on the next working day.
  Orders without advance COD payment will not be processed.
• Shipping Coverage: Smew India ships across India through trusted courier partners.
  International shipping is also available on request (customers must contact support for details).
• Shipping Charges: We offer Free Shipping on all orders across India.
  However, re-shipping charges may apply if:
  • Incorrect or incomplete address is provided
  • Customer is unavailable during delivery attempts
• Order Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link will be shared via email and/or WhatsApp.
  Tracking details may take 24–48 hours to become active in the courier’s tracking system.
• No Open Box Delivery: For safety and authenticity, open box delivery is not allowed.
  Customers must not open the parcel before full payment (in COD cases).
  If the package appears tampered or damaged, the customer must refuse delivery and report it to Smew India immediately with photographs.
• Customer Responsibility: To ensure successful delivery:
  • Please provide complete and accurate shipping address with valid contact details.
  • If a package is marked “Delivered” by the courier but not received, Smew India will initiate an investigation. The courier’s final report will be treated as binding.
  • Smew India is not responsible for theft or loss after delivery is confirmed by the courier.
• Delays Beyond Control: Smew India is not liable for delays caused by:
  • Weather or natural calamities
  • Strikes, lockdowns, or government restrictions
  • Customs delays (for international shipments)
  • Courier partner operational issues
  Customers are requested to allow additional time during such exceptional scenarios.
